Mr. Counts received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he served on the editorial board of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and participated in the Trial Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Counts is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California, as well as Central and Southern Districts of the United States Federal Court.
Mr. Counts is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA).
Mr. Counts has recently been featured in the publications, Verdict Search, Daily Journal, and the AAJ Reporter with respect to significant personal injury verdicts in the Orange County Superior Court.
Mr. Counts resides with his wife and three boys in the City of Brea, California.
